Case Study: T.A. Drums
Challenge:
Tony Adams is a renowned session musician and percussion/drum technician who has diverse business serving the likes of Creed, Matchbox Twenty, Aerosmith and Sevendust. We needed to communicate Tony's expertise and experience as an expert drum technician and session player, while coupling those goals with the launch of his new book, "Drumset Tuning Theory" to be sold from the website.
Solution: We developed a unique site, colorful yet professional, with a musical theme supplied by graphical elements. We tied all of this into segments on biography, industry contacts and most critically, to an ecommerce backend, allowing online credit card purchases of the book. According to Modern Drummer magazine, the book is going to be the definitive book of the science and art of drumset tuning for years to come.

Case Study: HotRings
Challenge:
Once there was a traffic enhancing service that allowed home page builders to link easily to other sites like theirs, and to easily manage the look of those links and the membership in their own "ring". That service was bought and drastically altered by a certain large .com entity. Flexiblity was lost for the users, thought the owners of Hotrings.com, but opportunity is the child of change.
Solution: This was a daunting task, and Perl cgi scripts for building a high-speed, low overhead database were the answer. Users are given various levels of access, depending upon their status as a ring owner or site owner within a ring. A complete user interface was constructed, keeping continuity throught the site, allowing repeat visits for admistration of database entries by end users. The site acts as a hub for member sites to route traffic to the next member site within a specific ring. In addition, the site maintains a list of active rings via background database searchand build techniques to deliver a portal based on active search and directory structure to the visitor by interest area.

Case Study: Loafs.net
Challenge:
To create a comical, not-so-serious site that had the flexibility to go in different directions with future subject matter.
Solution: We gave Loafs a clean look, with a cartoon logo that intends to be entertaining, while expanding that scope into areas of interest of the owner. One goal to be accomplished is to be a portal for technical information of all sorts, with the site's dual purpose of humor and technical education. Javascript elements add significantly to the active feel of the site.
