Content: All services provided by NexxtWorld may be used for lawful purposes only. Transmission, storage, or presentation of any information, data or material in violation of any United States law is expressly prohibited. Material we do not allow to reside on our servers are copyrighted material, whether written or recorded without the express permission of the author; warez and hackz; MP3 except as recorded by the site owner; pirated software; pornography; hate-related materials; content which promotes illegal acts and programs determined to be threatening to our network or client sites. NexxtWorld is not liable for any claims arising from the use or outage of our service.

Spam: We despise spam. Period. We don't like getting it and we will not allow it to be sent through our servers. The sending of unsolicited email, from a NexxtWorld server or using an email address that is maintained by NexxtWorld is STRICTLY prohibited and will qualify your site for immediate deactivation with no refund. Reports of spam via Nexxtworld servers can be reported to abuse@nexxtworld.com. Please forward a copy of the offending email with message headers intact so that we may investigate.

Bandwidth Usage: All account plans come with a predetermined amount of traffic allowance for the serving of web pages, images, other site files, ftp transfers and emails through our servers. We monitor all accounts and bill $5.00 for each gig of transfer exceeded. This is billed in 1Gb blocks, in excess of the plan limit.

Server abuse: Any attempts to undermine or cause harm to any NexxtWorld server or customer of NexxtWorld is strictly prohibited. NexxtWorld holds no responsibility for the use of our clients' accounts. Any accounts that abuses the server will be instantly de-activated with no refund and if will be charged the cost of the damage to our servers.

Back-ups and Outages: NexxtWorld performs daily backups on all of our servers to attempt to ensure that critical files are never lost. Our server software does create daily backups for users sites that you may download on your own. We do NOT restore files that have been accidentally deleted or modified. The back-up restoration is for emergency procedures only. You are advised to backup all of your own files to your local drive. If you run a dynamic site that collects data, such as a database, we recommend you do this backup daily! NexxtWorld is NOT responsible for lost data, time, income or any other resource due to faulty or non-existant back-ups. NexxtWorld is not responsible for any files lost by the customer. NexxtWorld is not resposible for any business loss due to file loss or outage of services due to connection or server failure. We do make every attempt to keep your business online whenever possible.

Cancellation: Cancellation can be made via email to sales@nexxtworld.com Although no notice is required, and there is no cancellation fee, all fees paid for service up to the notice of cancellation are non-refundable. Fees charged for doamina registration are non-refundable, however, the customer retains the domain name upon payment of this fee, and can move it elsewhere as full owner of the name. Sites removed for violation of NexxtWorld usage policies are not eligible for refunds.

Refusal of Service: We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or suspend service at our sole discretion.
